Hi, I'm Elisabetta Panzavolta, and the sweet old lady with white hair, is my grandmother, Rina. In 2002, I convinced her "to lend" me her house for my Bed and Breakfast. I'm her special grand daughter and so it was not very difficult and here it is "Ciarino"! Its name is a tribute to my grandfather, Mario Ciarini, that lived in this house and was nicknamed  "Ciarino".

This idea grew  after having tried other B&Bs in Italy and abroad.  The atmosphere often reminded me my house, so friendly and warm, and the owners made my holiday even better. They were both small and large families, leaving their past lives, were able to have this kind of business.

In June 2002, while I was coming back from London, first, I imagined my own B&B, second, I decided to make a plan and at the end, I started to do something with my dream.  I started to restore my grandfather's house, which is in the historic center of Paciano, making it ready to receive guests.
